Welcome to my "About me" section, friend! I am a purpose-driven product enthusiast by heart, oscillating between Impostor Syndrome & the Dunning-Kruger effect with a strong bias for user-centricity, experimentation, and - most important - ruthless prioritization. I have amassed over 13 years of proven experience driving the full product life-cycle and leading diverse, cross-functional teams both as a servant leader of multiple product teams and as an individual contributor. I had the opportunity to collect quite unique sets of experiences ranging from consulting to product-driven companies as well as old-fashioned Taylorism to nearly completely autonomous, empowered teams. For a couple of months now, I am also advising mostly pre-seed and bootstrapped start-ups on product and growth strategies in b2c and b2b domains. I am enthusiastic about NewWork, healthcare, IoT, decarbonization, digitalization, business ethics, and all modern forms of leadership.
