Derek Monner

I'm a computer scientist with broad interests and skills and a passion for problem-solving. I specialize somewhat in machine learning with expertise in neural networks, time-series prediction, graph-based predictions, and applications in natural language and cognition. My computer science foundation is rock solid in areas such as data structures, algorithms, and many styles of programming. My knowledge and interests extend into areas such as linguistics, psychology, cognitive science, and computational neuroscience. I find great satisfaction not only in building cool systems, but also in writing, teaching, and mentoring.
