In all my work experience I have over 10 years of customer service experience. Working in the food and retail industry has been an experience and a good challenge but I feel like I want more. In the past years working for Starbucks I have encountered many opportunities and good interactions with the police officers who are regulars that return daily for coffee. This turned my interest in customers service to a new direction in wanting to serve the public on a different level. Over the past year I have put in many hours of volunteer work with the Lynnwood police department and this has escalated my interest even more to pursue a career in law enforcement.
