An entrepreneur at heart, Derek spent his time at MIT Sloan learning what a great company looks like, and how great leaders thrive in change. At Vistaprint, Derek lead Marketing efforts for their digital marketing products; responsible for launching multiple new products to our customers across dozens of countries. At Toast, Derek helped to lead the Marketing team from a small start-up with just over a hundred employees, growing into a market leader with thousands of employees and a multi-billion dollar valuation. And at Squadle, Derek defined a new category to help streamline operations for the largest food brands in the world.
