My career has been firmly rooted in the belief that superior customer experience drives value, which translates to profitable growth in product management. My passion is identifying client/user questions, needs and problems, and then working with teams of data and development professionals to build optimal solutions. The products I managed: • include real-time graphical interfaces, learning management systems, sophisticated data mining applications, and static reports • range in age from new launches to more than 35 years • span a variety of distinct industries and user types I conducted large-scale market studies to drive new product planning, product portfolio analyses for M&A opportunities, and administered more than a hundred VoC interviews to build and validate product roadmaps. I led several cross-functional project teams firmly holding the role of product owner; articulating and protecting the product vision and business requirements. I have served as an evangelist, campaigning internally to drive business cases and externally to support sales and product adoption.
