𝗜 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲'𝘀 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼, 𝗜 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 📈 I have been using computers since I was 5 years old, as both my parents are Computer Engineers. So I ended up studying Computer Engineering myself, and since then I have specialized in Digital Technologies and driving Agile Omnichannel Transformations that impact the competitive performance of the B2C enterprises I work for. 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 💡 And I can do that easily because I read and experiment a lot, retaining insights from failures and successes and combining them with new knowledge from the consumer market in unorthodox ways. I always push myself and those in my circle of influence out of our comfort zones. I bring to the table solid ICT strategic planning abilities, a background in implementing complex cultural changes, strong experience in IT life-cycle governance, product management practices and a forward-thinking mindset, to ensure a holistic transformation from a tech standpoint, as well as from an organization, people and processes perspective. Invention and Galvanizing are my "Working Genius". 𝗜 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 🧠 Because I’m damn serious about human growth. I build failure-welcome learning environments and coach my team so that they can build on their collective intelligence. I drive for success, leading with a people-centric mindset, because companies are made of people, and people perform best when they’re feeling their best. In fact, I am as passionate about humans as I am passionate about technology. That’s why I go out of my way to raise new leaders within my team and my company, but also outside of work.
