I am currently an MBA candidate at Cornell University. Before that, I was a Senior Consultant in Booz Allen Hamilton's Strategic Innovation Group (SIG) with a proven skillset of data analytics, visualization, improving business processes, managing project schedules from inception to completion, and providing project management support with an emphasis on joint cost and schedule risk analysis. Before joining Booz Allen, I worked as a phlebotomist, business analyst and supply chain manager in healthcare for about 5 years. During this time, I developed a new procedure for inventory management using lean six sigma and GS1 standard to help reduce cost while improving quality of care. My understanding of various marketing channels and business models enabled me to expand the scope of my startup from providing media services to neighbors, to employing paid staff, and building an income source to support my non-profit, Motive 8 Global. As a customer-focused adviser, I successfully evaluated and implemented initiatives, drafted policy briefs, defined data collection, and reporting architecture, and created technical reports detailing research methods and policy-relevant findings to help stakeholders reach desired outcomes.
