As the Business Owner of Fyzical Therapy and Balance Centers, I leverage my dual executive-level background in healthcare and military industries to provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients of all ages and needs. I have over 20 years of organizational management and leadership experience, with a Doctorate and a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, as well as multiple certifications and licenses in my field. I oversee the operations, finance, marketing, customer service, and administration functions of three locations, with full P&L responsibility and a team of 10. I have successfully grown the business from a start-up to a respected local practice, with a 90+% rate of returning and referral customers. I also trained and mentored over 40 management professionals and specialists, ensuring their continuous development and performance. My mission is to ensure the ultimate customer experience, while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
