Dev Sitaram

During his 30+ years of Civil Engineering practice, Mr. Sitaram has managed numerous complex land development and subdivision projects that have ranged from a master planned community of several hundred acres, thousands of dwelling units, and several hundred thousand square feet of commercial retail/office space to a simple minor lot subdivision or addition to existing retail and office space. As Principal-In-Charge and Project Manager, he is responsible for all design elements, value engineering, review for accuracy, review with owner, contractor, coordinate with review agencies, scheduling of personnel, invoicing, collection, timetable, correspondence, and procurement of all permits. He has effectively represented clients - both municipal and private - at public hearings and meetings with members of the planning/zoning boards, county council, and civic associations.
