I am working in the field of HVAC(Project planning and execution) from more than 12years, having indepth knowledge of project planning and execution of HVAC system, myself had played the role of Site in charge/Site engineer at Site-Chamera-III (Client-Alstom India Ltd , Project Owner-NHPC),Site in charge/Senior Engineer at Site-Parbati-III(Client- M/s BHEL, Project owner-NHPC),Site-NLC(TS-II)as a site in charge my main role and responsibilities are planning and monitoring of site activities for timely completion of work, Sub vendor's Manpower handling, Proper storage and record of materials received at site, providing solutions for technical queries of clients regarding our systems, coordination with project manager for help and support required from head office for timely completion of projects, help and assist to commissioning team during the commissioning and handing over of system. Being a Project Manager my main role and responsibilities are as follows, Coordination with the design team (Specially regarding the BOQ of drawings), Indenting of materials, Coordination with procurement team for purchase of Indented items (cross checking of items, that they fulfill the contractual requirements or not), coordination with clients for Inspection and MDCC, after getting MDCC, coordination with logistics team for dispatch of materials, arrangements of sub vendor's, there work order preparation and approval from higher managements, cross checking of sub vendors Bill,followup for their payments, Coordination with account team for invoice generation and follow up with clients for payment, ensuring proper functioning of site activity, frequent visit of site to provide on site assistance if required along with this communication with clients, document preparation like operation and maintenance manual, field quality plan etc , Handling of Site incharge, verification of their requirements, clarifications of their issues (Technical or commercial), verification of T.A Bill's/expenses voucher are part of my job profile.
