Founder and Operator of Redcliffe Labs, togther with my co-founders, board, investors, 3000+ strong workforce, building this business with the vision of building truly a Pan-India most advanced yet affordable Diagnostics platform. Today Redcliffe Labs is backed by major impact and world-class long-term investors to build and scale as the largest National player. In a span of 3 years when it entered into routine testing, it has taken the spot of India’s fastest growing collecting/processing samples at its 50+ labs, samples from nearly 12000 families everyday across 180+ cities (nearly 250K+ tests/day), largely home collection but also across 1200+ Collection Centers. Redcliffe also owns Crysta IVF, fertility chain clinics that provide world-class treatments to help couples start their families. The company is on a mission to make fertility treatments easily accessible and affordable through its wide network of accredited IVF doctors and well-equipped centers. As a graduate in science, I started my career during the year 2001 in management/tech consulting in London and moved to Finland with Nokia in 2002. Nokia selected me as future business leader and sponsored my MBA at Cass Business School, London, 2006. I then worked in Global Finance, Strategy, BPA role for many years but left Nokia in 2011 prior to Microsoft acquisition, thereafter worked very successfully in Leveraged Buyout sector on my own in London and New York on numerous outbound Indian M&As deals. I returned to India in 2015 to back early stage tech and consumer startups and thus built my own early-stage investment portfolio of 50+ and now many successful brands, I was known as most prolific angel investors of 2016 by Economic Times. I through personal wealth only was the seed/first cheque as investor/board member of various renowned companies such as Candes, sold my stake to Softbank backed Globalbees, The Man Company, to leading FMCG group Emami, Logistics-tech Shipsy sold to Times Group's Infoedge, HR-tech Infeedo to Global Funds, Qdesk to JLL, Burger Singh and Co-living Coho to Private Equity veterans. During 2017-18, I also co-created the renowned brand ‘PeeSafe’ with Vikas around women Health before starting Redcliffe labs. For sometime, I was known for the midas touch for D2C, tech startups, 5x return in average 4 yrs horizon. I was guest lecturer at City University London, in 2008-09 and invited speaker at Ross Business School, Michigan USA in 2016. I was awarded Bharat Gaurav award in British Parliament 2015 s, also received various 40 under 40 and other Entrepreneurial awards.
