1. 5 years' external audit experience in one of the Big Four international accountancy and professional services firms, very familiar with requirements of financial statement presentation and disclosure for listed companies; 2. 9 years’ experience in Global companies, rich background of internal control, process excellence, and financial planning & analysis, project management, management change, etc.; 3. Strong capability in Corporate control management, coordinating different requirements from cross functional department, and meet the project milestones; 4. Extensive practical experience in integration of business operation and finance, especially in standardizing procedures, and applying with ERP system, plus continuous training to related parties; 5. Outstanding coordination and communication skills, good at handling multi-tasks at the same time, lead and manage internal & external project teams with priorities; 6. Fluent English with oversea working experiences, comfortable with bilingual work environment, producing and presenting bilingual financial reports.
