Diaa El-Masry

I am an Architect graduated from Cairo University in 1992. Since 2008, I grew a keen interest in project management, design management, sustainable design and green building. I became a PMP and LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) in 2009 to satisfy my passion to sustainability. In 2011, I became a GSAS CGP (Global Sustainability Assessment System - Certified Green Professional) with Design & Build specialty. Later, I became accredited with different GSAS Schemes, such as GSAS CM (Construction Management) and GSAS OP (Operations). I also upgraded my GSAS credential from CGP to Practitioner in 2017. I am also a Partner and Co-founder of Qatar Green Leaders, a pioneering Sustainability Consultancy based in Qatar, with plans to extend its reach to the MENA region. QGL's core business is to provide Sustainability Consultancy, Green Building Certification Management and relevant Training. The company is a member of USGBC (US Green Building Council) and a Licensed GSAS Service Provider by GORD (Gulf Organization for Research & Development) since 2013. My qualifications include: ● B.Sc.
