Being a very dynamic person, I worked my way up from administration jobs towards managing larger teams at IBM Hungary, holding an IT sales position at IRIS Belgium (now WESTPOLE BENELUX), being European product manager at Canon EMEA, and lastly managing the Cloud Operations and Automation teams for the flagship SaaS application of Sitecore. I have 11 years of experience in IT. Being creative, focused and persistent with a strong determination in succeeding, I enjoy working in job roles that require me to get myself out of my comfort zone and invest my time to learn new things. I enjoy being on pioneer projects and concepts by definition where I pave the path for others to follow. My main strength is my stance towards changes and how I get engagement from people to go along. In my last four positions I have been heavily challenged by steering teams through major organizational changes. My structured approach and positive attitude helped me to successfully manage those changes with my teams. Specialties: IT Operations and Service Management, Software and Services Portfolio Management, Software Development project management , Project Management, People Management, Business Development, Contract and Order Management processes, HR processes. My top skill is to standardize processes and get stakeholderships to execute. During the years, I consciously pursued roles in different organizational units of companies to learn their processes and challenges.
