Dilani Gomis (PMP , CSM)

Dilani is a Lead Consultant at Virtusa and comes under the project management department. She has overall 10+ years of experience as a IT project manager (Development projects, Testing Projects and Maintenance engagements) and worked with global clients having responsibility for revenue, growth and delivery. Dilani joined Virtusa in 2015 as an Associate Consultant and within a span of 5 years she was able get four promotions and recognized as a top talent player within the organization. In year 2020, she successfully completed 5 years. So far, she has managed multiple accounts such as MDS, NCELL and SLT where the team sizes varying from 50 – 80 at peak. Also, she is an active member of the Women’s of Virtusa Prior to joining Virtusa, She worked for Affno , Where she started as a Management Trainee and moved up till Project Manager. She was able to work and manage projects from all the departments covering products, web and mobile. Within 4.5 years at Affno over 20+ projects were managed by her from local and foreign. She holds a 2nd upper Bsc (Hons) in Business Information Technologies from Staffordshire university. Qualified with Project Management Professional (PMP), UK and Scrum Master (CSM)
