A hard working individual with an overall experience of around four years in BPO and RPO sectors in both IT as well as manufacturing domain. It's always been my goal to become an indispensable asset for the organisation in which I work. This desire to prove something has always been the drive or the motivational factor that guided me through all thick and thin. Being proactive is another thing which I really think makes the difference when it matters most at critical junctures of an organisation's process or for that matter in an individual's career path.
