Dingson Balahadia

I am a visual merchandiser who has passion in developing and planning commercial store designs and layouts; interior and window displays; and showing the benefits of the products through an impactful display technique. I strongly believe that aesthetic, efficiency and profitability are good aspects of store designs and layouts. My objective is to apply all the knowledge and skills I have gained throughout my journey as a visual merchandiser and I am willing to learn more so I could contribute better to the vision of a company. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Human Ecology major in Human Settlements Planning/Urban Regional Planning in University of the Philippines and I attended a training course in Visual Merchandising Basics in Singapore to gain more knowledge about my passion which is visual merchandising. I have this desire to display products to communicate to our visitors and affect their buying decisions so we could convert them into customers. I am leader with good values and willing to understand the needs of of the team, promote teamwork and solving challenges together with the team. I love to share and coach our junior visual merchandisers, sales and other functions that I believe can contribute to the maximisation of sales. Lastly, I take responsibility of the mistakes I have made and willing to learn from it.
