I have always been interactive person with a curious attitude towards understanding others, which is one of the reason that derived me towards a specialisation in marketing. After completing MBA, the plan I framed for my career was to do something with my core skillset and so started working as a sales executive in one of the newly emerged venture, named Desmoments. My job role aligned me more towards understanding the needs of people and driving conversation towards it. After completing 6 months successfully with Desmoments. I decided to move ahead, so I joined Meritnation. With this organisation I polished my skills of pitching the conversation and learned many fundamentals of sales. After working for 9 months in Meritnation, I was somewhere sure to keep moving in same industry i.e. Edutech and joined Neuroglia Health Pvt Ltd in the year 2018 as field sales executive. Since then I have been working on same company, the designation is now changed as a State Manager leading a team of 4 Business development executives with an insight of being market leader specially for MBBS PG preparation.
