Djoeke Hoedemaker

Having worked in elite Australian sport for the past 9 years I have developed a keen interest in the business and management aspect of elite sporting organisations. My key areas of interest include strategic and operational planning in sport, management and leadership of projects; learning and development; sport management and leadership; communication; and athlete development. Complemented with skills to implement and seek innovative solutions for the development of the athlete to optimise overall performance. Having been a competitive athlete myself, has given me ability to see a sport from many different perspectives. I’m a natural leader and a people's person, who enjoys building and supporting teams and athletes, and developing long term plans to accomplish goals and future concepts. I continue to grow in the management sector of elite sports and business in general. I am always open to discussing any opportunities. Lastly, I have recently achieved my MBA in Sports Management with Torrens University Australia in partnership with the Real Madrid Graduate School.
