Using these innovative S&T management techniques, Dr. Monetta oversaw the design of the U.S. Tritium Production Reactor, which set the precedent for a generation of U.S. Reactor design.In 1980, he founded Resource Alternatives Inc., which applies his principles of management structure to improve organizations whose missions focus on advanced energy utilization and national security. Dr. Monetta maintains his position as an innovator in project management through his work as Director of the PAM Institute, a non-profit organization whose mission is to further research of Project Appraisal Methodology and its implementation.Dr. Monetta has published several works, among them the historical memoir Brandy: Our Man in Acapulco and serves on several corporate boards, including Hudson Technologies, Inc., and the Center for Security Policy.Dr. Monetta resides in Washington, D.C. Where he continues his work in corporate strategy, organizational structure and leadership development.
