My background includes experience as Client Services Manager, Project Manager and Client Relationship Manager with extensive managed services experience and achievements while serving in these roles with Avaya. I oversaw Fortune 500 accounts, as well as managed Federal and Secured accounts. I have worked hard to be a “Trusted Advisor” to help develop winning strategies and to guide my accounts forward towards their goals. I am skilled at being a single point of contact and escalation point; driving improvements in both client retention and satisfaction.
