Mr. Rozmiarek has over 38 years of experience managing and working on large complex programs and projects. With experience supporting commercial and federal customers, including the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), and the Missile Defense Agency- Department of Defense. He drives logistics success by utilizing logistics management tools and six sigma methodologies that deliver proficiency in logistics support and designs to areas of supply chain life cycles, project management, operations, manufacturing, distribution, transportation and executive leadership. Mr. Rozmiarek has had proven success in successfully managing multi-million dollar projects while meeting and exceeding schedules, performance requirements, and budgets. For the past five years Mr. Rozmiarek has successfully worked for the BLM in Systems Engineering and Information Technology where he has demonstrated strong PMO-level leadership by building lucrative partnerships with suppliers and customers by consistently identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive revenue growth, increase profit margins and customer retention, improve quality, great execution asset utilization, and reduce risks. Drive project success by utilizing project management and six sigma methodologies that enhances collaboration with project team members. Proficient in delivering multi-million dollar projects with on-time schedules, performance and within budgets. Experienced in PMO level leadership and skilled communicator able to break down barriers while building strong relationships with customers, co-workers, and stake holders. Currently hold a Public Trust Clearance and previously held a DOD Secret Clearance.
