In 2007, he was the Chairman for First Spirit Bancorp, a community bank he started for the underserved and unserved citizens of Detroit. For his commitment to making a difference and his entrepreneurial endeavors, Donald has received numerous appointments, including Board Member of Henry Ford Health System; Board Member of Chicago Federal Reserve Advisory Board (7th District), Senior Vice President of Urban Economic Development for MEDC appointed by Governor Snyder, and others.
