Donald Thomas

Hello, my name is Donald (Scott) Thomas. I am a highly motivated individual with a strong capability of learning new tasks. I am a quick learner and have a heavy background in supervisory and sales work. Throughout my life I have been tasked to maintain levels of discipline in my work to include punctuality and great attention to detail. I have and excellent sense of customer service and strive for a repeat clientele in the businesses I have worked for. I work great within a team setting and always attempt to lead by example. I am able to adapt to new techniques quickly and always push to complete the job properly. I am a US Air Force Veteran where my main area of expertise was Law Enforcement Supervision. I entered the service directly out of high school and served two tours overseas during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. This has paved the way for me to strive for the highest quality of service I can supply as well as seek ways to teach others as a leader should. I worked hand-in-hand with my fellow Airmen teaching proper techniques of assigned tasks. Since then, I have been in several roles allowing me to learn new things related to the workforce. From supervision, training and sales to light construction and contract work, I have taken advice from superiors and allowed it to help shape my future. The knowledge I have gained has helped me throughout my adult life to date and has given me a better sense of respect to those who work in physically and mentally demanding fields. I feel I would be a great asset to any team by taking on tasks head first, learning and adapting to the knowledge given to me and using great attention to detail to complete the tasks at hand. I take criticism as a knowledge tool and harvest the good so I can adapt and make the proper changes.
