Donna Hofmeister

I am an entrepreneur and team builder. I assist team members in gaining confidence, helping them push themselves to be the best they can be. I am an enthusiastic, supportive leader who takes great pride in helping others believe in their own abilities. I have been a Registered Nurse for 25 years. Most of my nursing career has been spent as an Operating Room Nurse with leadership experience as an OR Coordinator, Preceptor and Staff Scheduler. My ability to educate and train new personnel, empowering them to elevate their practice while maintaining their self esteem, has proven to be an effective way to build confident, capable staff members.This skill serves me well in my role as entrepreneur and team leader. I am also a wife and mother of two young boys. Since having children, I have worked part-time as a staff nurse, allowing me to be home for my family a majority of the time. With the children in school full-time and me working part-time, I found myself with extra time on my hands. This is where my journey as an entrepreneur began. I am now able to grow my network marketing profession alongside my nursing career. I am able to educate my customers on award winning products that achieve optimal results and train professionals around the country to build their own home based businesses.
