I have led global operation teams to deliver payroll for up to ten countries while improving processes and providing cross-functional training for payroll, time and labor. I was selected to transition four European payrolls, to the U.S., where I successfully managed the processing of the payrolls with a 98% accuracy rate while building a team of payroll administrators to maintain exceptional service as we continued to add an additional five payrolls.
