Identifying and recruiting candidates from small candidate universes is my specialty. I’m an experienced executive search consultant who believes in giving my best every day. I am a subject matter expert in the global financial markets. As a working consultant, I have a deep understanding of the particular jobs, processes, functions, and organizations in finance, banking, asset management, capital markets, digital assets, and so-called alternative investing. I have assisted clients in achieving corporate performance improvements for more than 20 years. In interactions with clients and candidates, my experience can be leveraged to solve certain problems, e.g. Improving department efficiencies or increasing sales. I am pursuing the CharteredF Financial Analyst CFA (R) designation Level 2. I am passionate about the work we do for clients. I care so deeply about the quality of the services provided, I am simply not satisfied until I do the very best job possible. There’s always something new to learn. There’s always someone from whom I want to learn! I’m passionate about offering our services to existing and new clients. I believe in mutual beneficial service and social contracts. That’s why I am particularly effective at selling intangibles and service level agreements like retained search contracts. On average, I've managed about 12 people, including recruiters and researchers. My management style contains elements of the four basics. I share your desire to plan and arrive at high-level strategies for our sector. I will share the vision and lead discussions around it. Members of the team are empowered to create personal plans, and we come up with next steps. After putting plans in place, I guide and check in with team members on a regular basis (but want everyone to freely implement day-to-day). I bring elements of coaching to my management style.
