Donna has over 25 years of experience in the credit union industry. She has utilized her leadership skills in management positions that have allowed her to build on her relationship skills in the financial field. Donna has diversified her work experience through working in a sales environment where she has built customer, community and team relationships. She has always been recognized as a leader by her superiors by taking on the role of training and developing of other team members. Donna has been recognized for her open-door management style. Her communication skills are a huge contributor to her positive and effective managing of teams. She inspires her team members by communicating big-picture, strategic ideas in a sincere, transparent and authentic way. Donna instills trust in her team members and customers by using her strong interpersonal skills to create and maintain a positive work environment where people are encouraged to excel and grow. Licensed through the IFIC, as a mutual fund investment specialist, Donna has experience in handling regulatory changes in mutual funds and the lending environment. She is also familiar with systems such as Univeris (credential asset management), loan origination systems, Insight(sales tracking), Ace(customer relationship management system) and Ovation (banking system).
