Doug Komoroski

My passion is people: finding, growing and supporting great teams to deliver projects and programs. Connecting talented people to create, innovate and produce quality solutions in a unique and fast paced environment is what I love about my job. Mentoring is the common thread that runs through my career, from learning from others to running and eventually building my own mentoring program, I have always valued learning from expertise and interpersonal connections. When I’m not mentoring and coaching I’m learning everything I can about management, leadership, and behavioral economics. I enjoy adding more tools to my toolbox to help motivate, guide and develop a group that leads our team of teams. My background is Mechanical Engineering Design from infrastructure to hydropower, and I have carried that problem solving leadership into Project Management and Program Management roles. Now I lead others as we work with a complex network of stakeholders in a strong matrix organization to deliver quality products in line with our global mission and corporate strategy.
