I’m an adaptive leader that recognizes future opportunities in present day challenges who specializes in cross-functional collaboration, organizational development, and community engagement. I have expertise in how to facilitate processes that bring abstract visions to concrete realities. In the past, I have operationalized organizational strategies in a manner that fosters tremendous growth - increasing revenues by 15% and 80%, overseeing multi-million dollar construction projects and facility acquisitions, cultivating membership growth by almost 300%, and creating training programs to serve 2,500+ leaders. Often, organizations – particularly those that serve public interests – fall short of accomplishing their mission because they can’t efficiently execute the strategy and more importantly, they haven’t effectively engaged the very people they are called to serve. My professional opportunities have allowed me to develop a diplomatic, solutions-based and people-centric approach to facilitating team goals and navigating key stakeholders with competing interests. Whether the organization is rigid in its structure or consensus led, I have demonstrated the ability to deliver operational excellence by achieving both outputs and outcomes. In the future, I want to equip companies in developing the necessary mindset, skillset, and toolset to address challenges with their greatest asset – people, their team members as well as their constituents. My goal is to help organizations change from the inside out, turning transactional excellence into transformative impact for the common good. With experience in diverse organizational settings but with the common thread of public service, I have mastered the soft skills of leading teams to build better facilities, better systems, and better communities.
