I am a dedicated project and programme management professional with wide ranging experience of deploying electronic systems within the UK primarily within the UK healthcare market but also within the UK Fresh Produce market. I have experience of deploying both technical and applications based projects primarily within the NHS and private health systems. I have experience of deploying the following key systems including Cerner, MEDITECH , System C and Advanced health and care products. In the fresh produce market I have deployment experience deploying the Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP solution and the LINKFRESH NAV Dynamics product set. I have led projects and also programmes as part of my role often combining infrastructure and application based projects in to single projects to ensure seamless delivery. I have full project life cycle experience from sales and pre-sales to project closure. In addition I also have extensive experience of managing system cutovers from legacy to new systems. I am comfortable working with all levels of an organisation from operational to senior management.
