Lead Engineer for the Center For Western Weather and Water Extremes. Douglas provides engineering, field program management, and mentoring across multiple scientific disciplines, and has been in engaged in climate studies, atmospheric science, and measuring physical, biological, and chemical processes in near-shore, shelf and deep ocean environments for 30+ years.
