The Flexo Implement Quality Specialist (FIQ) as part of Esko’s technical customer’s service support, is responsible for delivery excellent throughout the customer lifecycle for Esko Packaging. Products are including pre-sales, system installation, training, consulting and trouble shooting. Specialized: ESKO-Print Control Wizard (PCW), Pixel +, CDI, XPS Crystal, LED Technology, Flat & Round Top Screening, Full HD Flexo Implementation, Prepress and Press Curves using GraCol with PressSync. Digital Flexo Suite (DFS) for Flexible & Corrugated, Kongsberg table for Flexo. Optimization/Fingerprint/Characterization for Optimal Flexo printing for Narrow & Wide Web Applications. Prepress Technologies and Production Analysis as it relates to Esko’s Workflows and Automation process. New Screening Technologies using Thermal, Solvent and H2O Photopolymer with Flat Top, Round Top capabilities Key Responsibilities: •Support to Esko sales organization, customers and dealer network, providing support for the FIQ Processes and on-site & remote training in North America •Training, installation, configuration, startup, of HD Flexo plate making solution to customers •Support for Flexo and Packaging solution, including imaging, plate making, printing anomalies on press •Collating learning’s from customer environments and communicating on periodic basis to future product development teams. •On press (Flexo) trouble shooting and assistance to Esko’s customers and dealers.
