Due to the expanded knowledge of my craft, I supervised, executed, planned, and coordinated extensive fire support missions. Utilized attention to detail and mathematical estimation to reduce expenditure of $3,000,000 worth of ordnance, reducing over 100 man hours. Stayed awake 24-48 hours on many occasions to ensure proper execution on fire support operations and to maintain mission tempo. Properly ensured the welfare of my peers and subordinates by conducting regular checks on their physical condition and mental health, during both stressful and calm environments.
