Formerly a Managing Member of BELL & MELAMED, LLC, Mr. Melamed joined the Statewide firm of Banker Lopez Gassler P.A. In 2013 and continues to commit himself to providing the highest quality of legal representation to institutional clients and individuals in multiple areas of the law. Mr. Melamed has focused his practice on the defense of products liability claims, premises liability, automobile negligence, liquor liability, medical malpractice, and all areas of insurance practice, including defense of insureds and insurance companies.
