I am driven to structure research to both support innovation and business case development.I uncover and validate insight platforms from which a variety of ideation methods can be used to create product and service concepts taking into consideration the entire experience design.I direct the development of prototypes of varying fidelity to test needs fulfillment, usability, usefulness and feasibility.From years of experience I have curated a variety of methodologies and documentation templates that promote accountability, thoroughness and clear cross-functional communication.
