Doumit Saade

My name is Doumit Saade. At 1984, I got my Master degree of science in Mechanical engineering from the state university of New York at Buffalo. My journey began with cement industry in Holcim Lebanon from 1984 until 2004. After this, I had the opportunity in 2004 to join Holcim Morocco and Holcim Headquarter Switzerland where I spent eight years most of them in Morocco as a project manager than a plant manager of a Greenfield plant in Settat 4000 tons per day clinker production and 1.7 million tons of cement per year and for a short period I was the senior project manager responsible for preparing a full feasibility study for a 10,000T/D greenfield project in Volsk Russia. After this long successful career with Holcim and especially after the success that we did in building the Greenfield plant in Morocco I got many challenging opportunities where end up working with CESA (CEMENT ENGINEERING SA) for the last 6 years as a site project manager for our client NO.CI.BE (New cement plant of Benin) for a challenging project in MASSE-COTONOU, a greenfield plant of 3600 tons per day clinker and 1.6 million tons of cement per year.
