He has an excellent understanding and knowledge of all accounting treatments for all types of arrangements in the oil and gas industry in Nigeria - PSC, Service Contracts, and Joint Ventures. In particular, He is familiar with the operations and challenges of marginal field operations. He also has in-depth experience with IFRS, the various Nigerian levies, and tax matters; particularly how they impact oil and gas companies locally. He has a proven track record in building organisations, implementing controls, raising funds and installing systems, and setting up finance functions.
