I have worked with ECU and VIT as an Instructor from 2018 till December 2019. For more than 5 years, I was leading a profile of an educator within the capacity of Assistant Professor in the best leading University(s) of West India i.e. In Pacific University Udaipur, MPGI & SBCET Jaipur. The responsibilities I was dealing into were conducting tertiary class's study sessions of HR, International HRM, Organizational Behaviour & Business Communication to the professional curriculum of Engineering, MBA, BBA, BA Honours & B.Com Honours Courses. I was the Coordinator for a Cultural Club and was taking care of Admission Cell at S.B.C.E.T. The other functional responsibilities I looked into include Coordinator for Student's Counsel, Student's research work, counselling, mentoring, personality development sessions, Cultural Event's Responsibilities, University Examination and Evaluation, Designing work for the Promotional arena too.Towards the efficacy of each of my roles, either as an Academician or as a Company Professional, my way to perform has had always inclined towards multidimensional growth towards the staff, students, employees as well as towards the organization's development.I am pretty much confident that the best of my strengths in me including optimism, continuous follow-up of task completion, interactive communication skills as well as my convincing skills will always be assisting me overcoming through all professional challenges ahead.I have excellent credentials and consistently good educational background and got published more than 25 research papers in International journals and attended near 30 conferences, workshops and seminars.
