Dr. Matthias Wicks is a transformational advocate for school safety with focused attention on educational safety and security systems so students safely learn and teachers can safely teach. As a senior manager, organizational leader, coach, and motivator with over 29 years of law enforcement and community collaborative experiences, and 12 years of command leadership regional, national, and international levels he cultivates and challenges individuals to support team work for community safety and security. His position is that transformation must take place in the heart of leaders as they serve.
