Previous experience include senior management for an large international company responsible for developing, owning, operating and maintaining power projects, improving and upgrades as well as new utility water systems, transmission-distribution systems, with multi-location and multi-and country power plants responsible with over 5,500 MWs of generating capacity and over 100MM US gallon per day water facilities with annual Profit and Loss responsibilities of $760MM. Experience in developing and managing companies, operating projects in developing markets of Africa, Caribbean, Central and South America, Asia, and Pacific Rim areas. Corporate experience includes total P&L responsibility, development, company work-force health and safety compliance, regulatory-environmental compliance, and work-force training, enhancement, and administration management.
