Dr. Kim Lars Mehrbrey

Kim Lars Mehrbrey is a partner in the Litigation and Arbitration practice. He is based in Hogan Lovells' Dusseldorf office. Kim is specialized in the area of litigation before state courts and arbitral tribunals and also in the area of out-of-court dispute settlement. His practice focuses on corporate litigation and disputes under commercial law as well as on cases re claims for damages under corporate and professional liability or cartel law. Kim has numerous years of experience in the preparation, implementation and co-ordination of enforcement and defence strategies. He is regularly involved in cross-border litigation. He has also worked in the London office of Hogan Lovells and is not only admitted as a German solicitor (Rechtsanwalt) but also as a Solicitor of England & Wales. Kim regularly publishes on litigation matters and acts as a speaker at conferences. He is publisher and author of the largest handbook on corporate litigation in Germany.
