I am available to serve as a keynote speaker and/or consultant on #domesticterrorism, the attack on the U. S. Capitol and the relationship to the #TulsaMassacre, more popularly known as the destruction of #BlackWallStreet. I serve as an Advisor to the Mayor of Pittsburgh and the Department of Public Safety. I am known for having tough conversations. I am presently working for a private development company, Buccini Pollin Group, on $1billion project. Building their Cultural Legacy for the Lower Hill Development Project that will help to revitalize the City of Pittsburgh. BIOGRAPHY Affectionately known as "Dr. Goddess," Kimberly C. Ellis, Ph.D. Is a Storyteller, Branding/PR, Digital Strategist and Marketer, Scholar of American and Africana Studies, Political Analyst and Campaigner, a Public Historian and Influencer, Performing Artist, Activist and Entrepreneur who loves Technology and World Travel. She can often be found working on Public Art and Civic Tech projects that change the physical and cultural landscape of cities, from political campaigns to helping to design federally-funded parks to historic preservation projects. She is also the recipient of Playwriting Awards and grants from The Heinz Endowments, The Pittsburgh Foundation, the Women and Girls Foundation and the Camargo Foundation. She is a staple at SXSW, Netroots Nation, Personal Democracy Forum, Blogging While Brown, Blogalicious, Black Thought 2.0 and BlogHer. She was named one of the top "People of Color Impacting the Social Web," one of the "Top Ten Women in Social Media" and one of the "Most Influential Black Women on Twitter." Naturally, Dr. Goddess is now writing a book on "The Bombastic Brilliance of Black Twitter" and working on a documentary on her Mother's journey with dementia entitled, "You're Beautiful to Me" (#YBTM). A world traveler, Dr. Goddess has lectured/performed in Hawaii, France, Switzerland, Ghana, Dubai, China & Jamaica and has also traveled to Nigeria, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, England, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Greece, Spain, Portugal and Senegal.
