Dr. Melanie John-Stadler

With her research, she bridged a gap between different research fields as nanoparticle synthesis, mineralogy, chemistry, material science and worked environmental topics. She worked for or together with different branches (automotive suppliers, chemicals, recycling, chemical and pharma industry...). She offers experience in R&D, Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt), Projekt Management and Quality Managment. She works at Wacker Chemie AG in Business division Silicones first as Senior Manager Quality Performance and devoloped further to the head of Systems and Processes in 2021. “I believe, we are most successful in what we are doing as long as we love it and do it with complete conviction and passion. Yet we can only preserve success and satisfaction by re-inventing ourselves from time to time and having the courage to change."
