Dr David Nkengbeza is a Senior lecturer at the University of Namibia. He was also a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at North-West University (Potchefstroom) in South Africa. He had taught in Chinese schools and universities, and also at the University of Jyvaskyla in Finland. He has a PhD in Educational Leadership and Management from the University of Jyvaskyla.
