In my current role, I am responsible for leading and supporting procurement of renewable power supply on behalf of Georgia Power Company. I oversee the request for proposal (RFP) process, development of the RFP and power purchase agreement (PPA) documents, interaction with the bidding community, evaluation and selection of winning proposals, and preparation and support of regulatory filings and certification. I also serve as the contract manager for winning projects from contract execution through commercial operations. I am accountable to Resource Planning, Generation, Transmission and Power Delivery, Fleet Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and to the Georgia Public Service Commission Staff, to deliver contracted assets that meet regulatory requirements, that provide value to Georgia Power’s customers, and that help achieve Company financial and strategic objectives.
