I have completed my BA LLB in 2013 from Amity Law School, and have spent 3 years in the field of litigation. Currently I am with working as an Associate in a litigation firm. During the said period I have appeared before various judicial forums like the Hon’ble Delhi High Court & District Courts. Researched extensively on matters pertaining to Company Law, Property disputes, Intellectual Property Rights (Trade Mark & Copyright), Telecom Disputes etc. Also attend Arbitration Proceedings on a regular basis for Organisations, Companies and on behalf of Union of India. Drafting Petitions/ Appeals pertaining Civil matters as well as preparing Legal Opinion on queries related to Contractual Disputes between Companies, and Property Disputes between parties etc. Having been extensively engaged in the above areas of work, I have acquired the skill of legal analysis and reasoning, fact finding, client counseling etc.
