Since May 2014, I started to cooperate with FIBA and FIBA Europe Referees Department. I have attended major basketball events as an associate sports psychologist. From 2011-2018 I was a sports psychologist (workshops for players and lectures for coaches and referees) at the FIBA Europe Camp for Girls U15 (FIBA SUMMIT) which is held every year in July in Postojna (Slovenija). Working with coaches and athletes, individually and in the group, I combine both sport and psychological knowledge, skills, and experience I earned to improve and upgrade their performance. Often, in collaboration with coaches, we provide innovative, game situations applicable methods helping players enhance their skills. Mainly working on team building, team cohesiveness, mental preparation, goal setting, performance development, performance analysis, and other sports psychology-related fields. I have the most experience working in basketball (men and women) and volleyball (women). Other sports: handball, football, tennis, karate, athletics track & field, sailing. I have a desire for professional advancement and new career opportunities.
