Sometimes it worked well. Sometimes it didn’t. After getting older (cause it happens), I decided to work for myself. What a journey: went from 2 employees to 12 and now am heading for a lot more. But it’s fun. The only stress I feel is when I fuck up. Or when a business partner fucks up. When a team member does, it’s an opportunity to help someone by giving nice feedback. I hope I never have to “work” again. Because what I do now isn’t work. It’s fun. And we help people. And make money.
