After a rich career in public education I entered higher education in 2014 as I joined the staff of Baker College Online & The Center for Graduate Studies as an Instructional Effectiveness Specialist, responsible for all faculty training as well as professional growth and development. At the end of 2019 I will complete my Ph. D. in Educational Evaluation & Research from Wayne State University, a research and evaluation methods focused program. My dissertation is focused on program evaluation methodology and is employing a mixed-methods research design.
